Organizes documents and information and makes it easily available to doctors, employees, insurers and customers.
Documents can no longer be lost, they no longer lie in cabinets, but are centralized in OnBase, offering a 360 degree perspective on the patient and his cases.
Understands any format
OnBase captures documents and data either digitally, from mails, forms and the core banking system, either physically scanned, understanding their content to organize them logically.
Organizes information
All documents and data are organized intelligently, connected together, structured around patients, cases or doctors. They can be searched using keywords or ‘folder’ interface.
Works with your core healthcare system
OnBase takes and inserts all the necessary data and documents from and to your core healthcare system.
Secure
Documents have full history, and destruction as well as expiration policies in conformity with GDPR norms.
Automated Flows
OnBase can manage anything, from appointments to transfers, or simply mundane processes such as contracts and invoice management. Each business situation can have an established workflow driven by a single solution where all the relevant data is located.
The client can make the appointment via an external online portal, and the system can have doctors’ calendars. Attached to the appointment can be the patient’s files, such that the doctor can have all the necessary information at the right moment.
They can fill various forms for transfers, treatments and prescriptions. The doctor to whom the patient is sent can be notified, and can also receive the folder with the information about the current case first. The entire process is simple, transparent and traceable.
If it is about medical tests or imaging, the patient is sent by a doctor via the OnBase test request with the test’s specification. The results can automatically be connected to the patient’s file. This is possible for third-party testing providers through external portals.
